The Hakata FD Business Center and the Inbacho-dori Underground Passage, in which we participated in the development as the operator, received the "Good Design Award 2023".
2020
The 38th "Nikkei Superior Products and Services Awards" Nikkei business Daily, Grand Prize.
This award is given each year by The Nikkei for outstanding new products and services created that year.
2018
The 6th Green Society Contribution Award
This award is given for green spaces that are well managed by companies, etc., and that are recognized for their outstanding achievements in environmental activities such as community contributions and biodiversity conservation by opening them to the public, etc., and that can serve as a model for the rest of Japan.
20th Annual Developer Award chosen by Tenants
CS Award (retail facilities that can be evaluated for customer satisfaction, customer service, universal design, and hospitality environment development).
This award is chosen by Senken Shimbun, a newspaper that specializes in fashion, based on surveys filled in by tenants.
The award was given in recognition of the high customer satisfaction level, with nearby residents visiting the development several times a week.
2017
Yahoo! Search Awards 2017, Fukuoka Prefecture Category Award
This award is given for words that saw a rapid increase in internet searches in 2017.
Starting with the long long-running musical “The Little Mermaid” of the Shiki Theater Company, “Canal Aqua Panorama,” which has been staged since November 2016, and “TeamLabo Island -Learn! Amusement Park of the Future” and others led to an increase in access for its entertainment initiatives.
Hakata Keizai Shimbun No. 1 in page views in 2017
The article on the "EXILE SPECIAL MAPPING SHOW", the second installment of the 3D projection mapping show "Canal Aqua Panorama" in collaboration with the popular band "EXILE", ranked first in the annual page view ranking of the Hakata Keizai Shimbun.
19th Annual Developer Award chosen by Tenants

Good Design Award 2016
"Nexus Ohori Park" won the 2016 Good Design Award. It received high praise as a project that both made the best use of one of the Fukuoka's finest locations, whilst maintaining the value of this fantastic local environment.

Special Award ”Invisitor Treatment Award”
The award was given in recognition of the steady efforts made even before the rapid expansion of inbound demand, and the multi-functionality of the pavilion to attract customers through a variety of tricks.

This award is given to shopping centers selected from among approximately 3,023 shopping centers across the country that have been operating for at least three years as of June 2014, based on the community contribution guidelines established by the Association.

The Nishinippon Shimbun Readers' Choice Awards are given to advertisements that appeared in the Nishinippon Shimbun during fiscal year 2013.
The advertisement for Konoha Mall Hashimoto's 2nd anniversary in April 2013 was awarded a prize for excellence in the "KURASHI-NO-MIKATA" category.
12th Rooftop, Wall, and Special Greening Technology Competition, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award, Wall and Special Greening Category
This award is given to private companies, public organizations, individuals, etc., that are actively engaged in greening of rooftops and other special spaces and have achieved outstanding results, thereby promoting the spread of greening technology, improvement of the urban environment, and realization of affluent urban life.
The 3rd Regional Contribution Award Regional Contribution Award
This award is given to shopping centers selected from among approximately 3,000 shopping centers that had opened before June 2009, based on the guidelines for community contribution established by the Association.

The 25th Fukuoka City Urban Landscape Award, Outdoor Advertising Category
This award was established to raise awareness of the landscape and deepen citizens' attachment to their city, and is selected by a committee of experts in architecture and design.
The Canal City Hakata East Building won in the outdoor advertising category, which covers outdoor billboards and external advertising on buses and trains.
The 28th Yomiuri Advertising Awards, Readers' Choice Advertising Category, West Head Office
The award is given to the advertisement most highly rated by readers in the area from among those that appeared in the six Yomiuri Shimbun head offices and branch offices in Japan.
The 1st Fukuoka Prefecture Outdoor Advertising Landscape Award - Best Outdoor Advertising Landscape Award
This award is presented by Fukuoka Prefecture to advertisers for their excellent outdoor advertisements.
